We behave like owners — speaking up if something won’t help our partners succeed, whether we’re equity partners in a project or working purely as trusted developers.

Sometimes we build for clients. Sometimes we invest alongside them. And sometimes, we create our own ventures from scratch.

In a traditional setup, we work as a trusted development partner. Our clients fully own the platform or solution we build, and we are paid in the usual way for our work — no strings attached.

In some cases, we invest alongside our clients. That could mean contributing our time, technology, or capital in exchange for a share in the success. We take on some of the risk — and are fully invested in the outcome.

From startup to large global companies. Size of company and project is secondary if there is a good match with our Approach. We are however not a good choice if we are not allowed to be entrepreneurial, goal orientated and get to work with nice people.
